Classify: MC nylon include different varieties according to its use
Grade 1: MC nylon (milk yellow): its comprehensive properties are
good, high strength, stiffness and hardness, creep resistance, wear
resistance, heat aging, used in planet ball mill supporting ball
milling tank or aviation advanced field.
Grade 2: MC901 (blue): this modified nylon 6 has an eye-catching
blue color and is flexible, but it is only used as an ideal
material for gears, pinions and transmission gears.
Grade 3:Pa6+ oil(green):This cast nylon 6 is a self-lubricating
nylon, which is specially developed for the manufacture of parts
that cannot be lubricated, loaded high and has low running speed.
Feature of Nylon grinding jar:
1. High strength, able to bear load for a long time
2. Good resilience, can bend without deformation, at the same time
can maintain toughness, resistance to repeated shocks
3. Wear resistance and self lubrication to reduce wear
4. High chemical stability, alkali resistance, alcohol, ether,
hydrocarbons, weak acid, lubricating oil, detergent, water
(seawater), and has no odor, non-toxic, tasteless, rust-free
5. The bottom of the pot is made of large r angle, which reduces
the bottom of material in the bottom corner during grinding.
6. It is convenient, simple, fast and safe to adopt simple locking
mode.
MC nylon are not available in the following environments and media:
1. The service temperature exceeds 120 ℃ for a long time.
2. Strong acid, phenol, sodium chlorate, barium chloride, etc.
3. Do not put it in the oven after cleaning
