Profile:
Polytetrafluoroethylene ( or PTFE), commonly known as "plastic
king", It is a polymer compound formed by polymerization of
tetrafluoroethylene.. It has excellent chemical stability,
corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubrication and non-stickiness,
electrical insulation and good aging resistance. Used for
engineering plastic. It can be made into polytetrafluoroethylene
pipe, rod, belt, jar and so on.
Feature of PTFE Jar:
1.High temperature resistance: operating temperature up to 250 ℃
2.Low temperature resistance: good mechanical toughness;
3.Corrosion resistance: Resistant to strong acids and bases, water
and various organic solvents.
4.Climate resistance: the best aging life in plastics
5.High lubrication: the lowest friction coefficient in solid
materials
6.Non-adhesive: It is the smallest surface tension in a solid
material and does not adhere to any substance
7.Non-toxic: Physiological inertia, as a long-term implantation of
artificial blood vessels and organs in the body without adverse
reactions
Note: Spiral fastening is used between 500ml-1l, which is safe and
convenient for sampling.
Metal clamps are used between 2l-20l to avoid material leakage.
