Feature of MITR 360 degree full direction planetary ball mill
1. MITR 360 degree omnidirectional planetary ball mill---Patented
oil seal mute technology and gear drive core technology(Gear
running in the oil tank ),noise reduced by 50%,increase service
life more than 2 times.
Homogeneity:For the same material and the same process, the results
are required to be the same when two or four jars grinding.
Repeatability:For the same material and the same process, the
results are required to be the same when repeated grinding.
2. MITR 360 degree omnidirectional planetary ball mill used dry
mill, wet mill, vacuum mill, protective atmosphere mill, low
temperature mill (need low temperature planetary ball mill, high
temperature grinding.
3. MITR 360 degree omnidirectional planetary ball mill has the
universal wheel to push while moving and has the supporting foots
to stable while operation.
4. The gear drive instead of the belt drive which is easy to skid
and the rotation speed not stable.
5. It not only keeps the stability of gear drive, but also
overcomes the shortcoming of the original belt drive, such as the
belt easy to slip and unstable speed.
6. Planetary movement principle is adopted in the ball mill
jars.,which has high efficiency and fine granularity.
7. Frequency conversion control, the ideal speed can be selected
according to the test results.
8. The inverter has the protection of undervoltage and overcurrent,
and has the memory after the power off, so it can protect the motor.
