Tungsten carbide ball is a powder metallurgy product which is made
of carbide (wc,tic) micron powder with high hardness refractory
metal as main component, cobalt (co) or nickel (ni), Mo (mo) as
binder, sintered in vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace.
At present, the common cemented carbide is YG,YN,YN,YW.
Widely used in planetary ball grinding ball mill jar.
Feature of Tungsten Carbide:
Tungsten carbide balls have high hardness, wear resistance,
corrosion resistance, bending resistance and bad use environment,
which can replace all steel ball products.
The tungsten carbide jar manufactured by our factory is made of YG8
new material. It has the highest grade abrasion resistance of the
grinding tank.
The ultra-hard material, the material synthesis and the mechanical
alloying experiment are used.
